Maintenance and Service Coordinator.  If you’ve worked in multi-family maintenance and are looking for a move-up to management, this position could be for you.  This will be the fourth of four identical positions.  Responsibilities will include being responsible for maintenance and service of approximately six hundred units, three to four maintenance technicians, a two-person painting team, a two-person cleaning team, and a variety of sub-contractors including floor covering, lawn care, floor covering, snow removal.  A key component of the job entails managing purchasing and inventory of materials and supplies.  Great pay and wonderful benefits.  Send resume to helpwanted@noneman.com.

Property Managers at Noneman Real Estate Company are among the highest paid in the marketplace.  In 2023, all of our staff had W-2 income ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year from a mix of salary and very generous commissions.  Our medical benefits, vacation policy, and 401-k are among the most generous in the city.  We’re seeking enthusiastic people that can handle big responsibility being the primary leasing person for multiple communities having market values ranging from ten to thirty million dollars.  Your responsibilities will include touring model homes, handling leads coming by e-mail, text, telephone, or drive-by, processing rental applications, handling move-in’s and move-outs of residents, performing market surveys, and taking service requests from current residents.  You must be comfortable with technology and very proficient with MS Word and MS Excel.  Onboarding includes four days of online fair housing and customer service training, three days of shopping competition, and ten days of mastering cross selling our portfolio of thirty communities. Apartment Leasing – Weekends Only.  We’re seeking enthusiastic people that can work Saturday from 9 to 5 and Sunday from 2 to 4 showing apartments and villas.  It’s a fun and very simple job where you will meet and help lots of people find apartment and villa homes. Onboarding includes four days of online fair housing and customer service training (performed remotely), three days of shopping competition (on your own), and eight days of mastering cross selling our portfolio of thirty communities (completed over four weekends). Pay is $25 per hour plus generous commissions for leasing and even referring prospects to other communities.  Expect to earn $1,000 to $1,500 per month working only Saturday from 9 to 5 and Show Home Sunday from 2 to 4.  We will pay you while being trained and can have you “ready to go” in one month of onboarding. Apartment Maintenance Technicians at Noneman Real Estate Company are among the highest paid in the city.  Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour depending upon skill set, experience, the tools and truck you bring to the job, and personal productivity.  Our medical benefits, vacation policy, and 401-k are among the most generous in the marketplace.  Maintenance Technicians are required to be on call one weeknight every other week and one weekend, Saturday and Sunday, every eighth weekend.  Onboarding includes four days of online training for fair housing and customer service, one day of processing training, and twenty days of shadowing each of our existing maintenance technicians where you will learn about all of the communities we maintain and manage.  After onboarding, you will be assigned your own group of two to three communities that will be your responsibility for maintaining including general maintenance and repairs, preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and managing inventory of materials and supplies.  Send your resume to helpwanted@noneman.com.

Remodelers – Kitchen and Bath.  Noneman Real Estate Company is seeking highly skilled and experienced kitchen and bathroom remodelers.  We expect to renovate hundreds of apartments.  The job requires a skilled finish carpenter to install doors, casing, base, windows, sliders, tubs, toilets, cabinets, shelving, switches, outlets, and also drywall repair.  Lead remodelers that can efficiently and effectively manage a crew can earn from $35 to $45 per hour.  Remodeling assistants can earn from $25 to $35 per hour.  Our goal is to turn an entire unit in five days, moving from unit to unit until an entire community is complete.  Our medical benefits, vacation policy, and 401-k are among the most generous in the marketplace.  We have a need for more than one renovation team.  Send your resume to helpwanted@noneman.com.
